My Experience With Maybelline Baby Lips Electro Pop Lip Balms

I won’t actually call these Electro Pop shades as it didn’t electrify me and the shock is seen more in packaging and less in the actual color.

I was expecting that the shades will look Neon on lips as well, but that’s not the case as the color is very subtle and adapts to the color of your natural lip shade.

But, I am so happy, the moisturisation was so amazing that it won my heart. My lips stayed pampered and moisturised for a really long time! It is as good as the older Maybelline Lip balms plus the attractive packaging is an additional benefit. It is non-sticky and feels light on lips. There are no shimmer particles in it but the shine it provides to the lips is very good and my lips look plump thereafter!

Pink Shock ( 165 INR) – Nice pink shade on my hand and very light pink on lips.

Berry Bomb ( 165 INR )- Looks a little Mauvish (purple) color on hand when swatched but on my lips it is like a subtle pink.

Fierce N Tangy ( 135 INR ) – Mentions that it is colourless but there is a slight yellow tint to it which i actually like. It does not show but the yellow tone somehow balances light pigmentation on the lips.

These smell like Strawberry & Orange 😛 and fierce n tangy has a lemony fragrance.

1) Very good moisturisation.

2) Though Maybelline concentrated on making the balms look good but they didn’t forget the ultimate purpose of a lip balm and that is providing great moisturisation!

3) Subtle shades. Balms give sheer tint of color.

4) Provides great shine to the lips! I love it!

5) Also it heals the cracked lips overnight! Tried & tested!

6) Attractive packaging!
