Say Hello To Nature: Weekend Drive Pics To Lonavala From Mumbai

When it rains all that Mumbaikars can think of is Lonawala, Khandala, Malsej etc. and why not, we have reasons for it. The picturesque drive mist clad mountains, natural waterfalls, greenery, roadside tea and hot Bhuttas (corn), monkeys eating biscuits (lol)

So this weekend when it was raining but not heavily….we decided to make an ad-hoc road trip to Lonavala which is a one and a half hour drive from Mumbai. It was an awesome drive; it’s like driving between the clouds. I will let pictures do the talking but just for little information we did not reach the damn at lonawala which is the main attraction because we did not want to spoil the beautiful trip by facing road congestion since half of Mumbai would be there. Instead we stopped at Fariyas Resort(near Lonawala), had a sumptuous buffet lunch and then  headed back to Mumbai. It was a day well spent!!!!!!!! “ENJOY THE PICS”
