With the advent of winters, come the troubles of buying appropriate winter wear that could keep you warm and snug through the season.

I was very apprehensive with our move to the cold and freezing Beijing, but thanks to the amazing and fashionable markets out here in China, I managed to get myself some very pretty & warm winter wear!!!

I started with the most essential stuff i.e. Shoes. I feel very cold and hence my first search was for warm n comfortable boots. After a lot of research and suggestions, I visited the Yashow Market in the Sanlitun area of Beijing. This market is very popular and has a mass appeal amongst the foreigners residing in Beijing. The shop vendors converse in English and the place is known for its bargaining, so if you have the skills, you may end up buying great stuff for good value.

I managed to bargain well, hence was very happy with my shopping. So here goes my first purchase from Beijing, hope you guys will like it. “Boots make a very unique fashion statement if paired well with good outfit”.

Keep yourself warm and stylish this winter. Cheers!!!
