My Experience With Mac Studio Fix Fluid Foundation SPF 15

Mac studio fix fluid is for oily skinned. The upper black carton looks good and inside is the real expensive bottle which would make you realise how much extra bucks you shelled out today! LoL…okay so jokes apart, it’s packaged in a glass bottle with a screw cap. There is no pump or nozzle and therefore please be really careful while pouring out the foundation. I am sure you don’t wanna have a heart attract seeing the super valuable liquid on the floor!

IMG_7382My foundation is in NC42 and it feels very silky and soft in texture and feels light on the skin. It gives a perfect matte finish and stay that ways. Its yellow tint based and takes care of the pinkish marks caused by acne on my face.

I take the required quantity and dab few dots all over my face and neck and blend it with my fingers. It blends like a dream and settles in my skin so beautifully that it’s like I am wearing nothing at all..ahem ahem I mean wearing no makeup at all 😛  It covers my  pores and small imperfections amazingly!

It has some kind of weird smell but that won’t bother you unless you bring the bottle really close to your nostrils!

With my Colorbar Perfect Match Primer ( Reviewed Here) underneath, it survived for 7 hours after which I washed my face so I am guessing that it would stay even longer! No touch ups were required even after 5 hours of hard rock style partying with friends. And when you are with friends you do shed a tear or two remembering the good old school days, hometown and family. And yes I cried and the foundation didn’t budge an inch! (My pores were visible a little, but not much). So it’s not a waterproof/water resistant stuff. Not that it claims to be one but just saying 🙂

    1. Hi Hetal I have reviewed The Revlon foundation here
      http://www.cosmochics.com/reviews/revlon-photoready-makeup-spf-20-004-nude-foundation-review-swatches/

If you avoid looking at the price then I would suggest you Mac’s foundation as Revlon one had shimmer which would be appropriate for functions only. Also the shade selection in Revlon is less as compared to mac’s .
but if price is the concern then Revlon is good too. haven’t used the new launched photoready range…so cant comment on that 🙂

I can so much relate to every single word you said!!! its amazing and it is great for oily skin beauties but to my amaze it works good on my normal to dry skin in this weather!!
