I was thinking to try ombre lips on me but wasn’t really sure about the end result. This is pretty time consuming and I salute the people who came up with the ombre lips trend! This is truly an art of piece done by experts on those pretty lips of few lucky modelS. 😛 so ladies here I am presenting before you ombre lips tutorial!

I saw many images online of different shades used in the art of ombre 3D lips created by masters, but as a naïve I needed something simple so that I can practice it first to get it correct. To be honest while starting with this tutorial there was nothing I could think off. I wanted to do ombre lips but one that is wearable and not with too many colors making it way too complicated. Therefore I started thinking of Red and Pink as a base. Anyways let’s get started!

What you need:

* The base I had here is red; therefore a red lipliner is a must.

* You will also need a dark brown lipliner.

* Any of your favorite red and pink lipsticks. (I have used here Limecrime- Red velvetine AND Pink velvetine), and

* Lip brush.

Step A: Take a red lip liner and line your lips.

Step B: Then take your favorite red lipstick and lip brush. Slowly start filling up your upper lips.

Step C: Next step would be filling your lower lips. Take same red lipstick and gradually and slowly start filling in from the corner of your lips (as shown in the pic below) remember to start filling your lips from inner corner upto ¾th of the lip. Middle portion of your lower lip should be untouched and bare.

Step D: Now take any of your favorite bright pink lip color and fill in the middle portion of your lips.

Step D: Keep on layering till you get to see the shade poping out more than the red. (We have to highlight PINK more than the RED).

Step E: Next take the dark brown lip pencil and start lining your outer lip liner again as shown in the pic.

Step F: After that take the same red lipliner and start smudging the brown lip liner gradually towards inward. This will create a hue of three tone ombre look.

Tadaaaa.. It’s DONE!  I used Limecrime Velvetines (Limecrime Pink velvet Review Here ,  Limecrime Strawberry Suedoberry Review Here )because I wanted to give it a matte look. If your lips feel dry you can wear any clear gloss at the end.

Girls, its really easy and therefore I want you all to do it on your lips and see how it looks. 🙂

God bless.. Stay tuned 😀
