I recently visited a store, my favorite DLF mall of India in Noida Sector 18. And, while strolling through the mall, I noticed an exciting lingerie boutique. So, because I was curious and looked at it, I decided to go and receive a delightful personal experience. If nothing else, I will get my bra size checked! I love my a good perfect bra and so here an ultimate guide to buy a full coverage bra because I mostly wear T-shirts and so experienced quite different fits, but I wanted to try something different this time so went into the store and experience something new.

Did you roll your eyes when reading who has their bra size checked now and then? Well, my dear, I do, and I believe you should as well if you are a woman.

Of course, ladies should check their bra sizes regularly. I don’t remain the same size for years, an inch here and there, and I alter my bra size since comfort always comes above budget!

The lady at the store was experienced and told me about How to Find the Best Bra Type for Your Bust. And I want to share the gained knowledge “ultimate guide to buy a full coverage bra”, also here are things that one should consider before making a purchase.

So, as I always buy a full coverage bra, it is essential that I find one that fits properly and feels nothing more than a luxury! Wearing the wrong size bra can take a toll on physical health! Also, wearing a bra that does not provide adequate support might harm your posture and cause pain in your neck, back, and shoulders.

Wearing full coverage bras for years, I can say I am an expert now, and, in this article, I will share all information that I learned so far from all my experiences in a questionnaire form!

The first question about a full coverage bra is what it means precisely.

Full coverage bras are intended to cover the entire breast. It conceals women’s cleavage, prevents spills from sides, and provides maximum support. A full-coverage bra ensures you are comfortable and thoroughly covered with higher necklines. Women with larger breast sizes appreciate this style.

Your bra should fit precisely, and the cup should completely encircle the breast. The breasts should not project from the sides or the center of the bra. No cleavage should form, and the breast should not be pushed out of the bra towards the armpit. A snuggled surrounding support is all that we are looking for here.

What about the band of a full-coverage bra?

Well, this question haunted me the most while being a teenager. No one knew what a perfect fit should be like, and every girl told me that a bra from the back goes up if you are more than 5 feet 5-inch body height!

Can I say this is a hilarious thing I have heard my entire life? Yes!

There is a perfect fit for everyone, and we must try to find the best match for our body type.

The most common reason your bra climbs up from the back is that you might have pulled the shoulder straps too tight, making the strap short; therefore, the band moves up.

Look at yourself in a mirror while changing your bra. The band should be straight on the back, not pulling too tight or moving up. Adjust the straps, and you are good to go!

Keep in mind that true beauty comes from within, and your confidence will reflect how you feel about yourself. Wear what makes you feel good, not what other people think you should wear.
