I find my eye makeup very stubborn maybe because of the waterproof, smudge proof and whatever proof products we use. No matter how hard I try, I always end up with raccoon eyes in the morning. MY EXPERIENCE WITH H2O DUAL ACTION MAKEUP REMOVER

This remover comes in a cute transparent plastic bottle with a silver cap. The packaging is same as the Aqualibrium Toner (REVIEW HERE). This one is a clear blue liquid with a very mild and pleasant fragrance.

The eye area is so delicate that you can’t be tugging or pulling it to remove makeup, neither can you use multiple swipes otherwise it can result in a rash, nor can you use a strong cleanser.

“So basically an eye makeup remover has to be effective enough to remove stubborn makeup in minimum possible swipes plus gentle enough to not harm the delicate skin”. This remover is, all of that and even more ( Yipeeeee).

It removes even the toughest eye makeup in just two swipes plus it earns the brownie points for hydrating the delicate eye area. It gives a cool sensation on applying which is very refreshing and after use, the skin feels quite rejuvenated and fresh. It does not leave any traces of makeup at all.
