Deborah Milano BB cream with SPF 20 Shade #02: Review & Swatches

Let me introduce you one of my favorite Drugstore BB cream ever. It is Deborah Milano 5-in-1 BB cream with SPF 20 Shade #02. It has a drugstore tag but let me tell you the quality and the formula is far more effective than any other BB in the market.  Total number of shades: 6; starting from 0 to 6 I have never seen shade “0” in the store yet. .

My Experience With Deborah Milano BB Cream With SPF 20

Deborah Milano BB cream is one of the best drugstore BB creams I have come across. The price has recently increased from INR 350 to INR 625 🙁  but still the BB is worth it! Those who have used it definitely know why I am praising it so much. I remember purchasing stuff from Deborah store and they happily handed me few samples of BB cream. There were 4 small sachets of BB cream and I used it for 15 days. Yes, you need a pea size of the product as it has moderately good coverage compared to any other drugstore BB creams. I was so impressed with the formula and the coverage that I ended up buying 2 tubes of it. Shade 1 and Shade 2. 😀

During summer, shade 01 looks bit ashy for the first 10-15 minutes and then settles into the skin adapting to your skin tone. And shade 2 looks a bit dark on me. So I mix shade 1 and Shade 2 which  looks perfect on me. This BB comes in a black tube with 2 way twist cap. Tube packaging is very travel friendly and hygienic.

Texture wise it’s thinner than other BB creams that I have used(like Maybelline). But coverage wise its amazing. The formula is rich and spreads easily on skin giving a medium to buildable coverage. Those who have acne or pimple scar can use full coverage concealer along with this BB cream and I bet you will get that natural yet flawless look without giving a cakey look.

I am a BB cream and a compact person. I use either of the two as my base. No foundation at all. I do have little pigmentation on my cheekbones and it covers those beautifully and provide nice glow.

It does last on me whole day i.e. 8-10 hours that’s the max I put on my face. I have dry combination skin and it never irritates my skin, doesn’t make my skin dry too. I often skip moisturizer during summer and apply this directly. Oily skin ladies need to set it with powder.

I often use it all over my eyelids to even out eye areas. Therefore, Coverage wise I will give it 4.5/5 (Considering other BB creams in market).

3) Not easily available everywhere.

“INFO ON A SILVER PLATTER”- I am sure you all will love it 🙂  And yes, I will re-purchase it again. Also, it is advisable to test your shade at store first because BB creams often oxidize a bit.
